About Us

Onsite Developments Design & Construction Limited will be acquiring sites for housing across the south-east and already have an impressive track record and pipeline of schemes to deliver. Helping to meet the chronic lack of housing in the UK, our vision is to use our expertise to develop 160 homes for the private and affordable housing sectors by 2017.

Working with Onsite Design & Construction Limited means we are able to offer a ‘one-stop shop’ integrated solution with all the technical skills in house. We can appraise a site quickly and assess the best way of adding value – even on technically challenging sites.

With a focus on small to medium-sized projects, our approach is:

• Identifying property and sites that are suitable for housing
• Optioning or buying sites unconditionally or subject to planning and adding value by achieving the best planning consent
• Working in partnership with Housing Associations to deliver package deals alongside our design & construction company
• Purchasing sites and selling onto private investors or developers with planning permission in place
• Acting as Developer on some sites for open market sale
• Purchase of a small number of existing buildings for refurbishment, but main focus is new build developments
